Step 1: Apply for a DTI permit
Just go to https://www.bnrs.dti.gov.ph/ to apply for a DTI permit.
Step 2: Apply for a Barangay Clearance and Business Permit in your Municipal/City Hall

Step 3: Apply at the Bureau of Internal Revenue
Please bring the following:
• Fully Accomplished BIR Application for Registration Form 1901 • Fully Accomplished BIR Payment Form 0605 • Copy of your client contract • Photocopy of your Birth certificate • (2 copies) Valid ID • Approved Form 1905: If only applicable e.g need to Transfer of RDO • Proof of Billing ( Electricity, Water, Phone Bill) • Marriage Certificate: If previous TIN is under maiden name. • Special Power of Attorney(SPA): If you will require someone else to do it for you.
